General Information:
Resense 165A is an acid-stable nonionic modified self-emulsifying glyceryl monostearate, It is designed as a primary emulsifier for all types of O/W cream or lotion systems. The viscosity of emulsions made with Resense 165A can be varied through the addition of bodying agents such as glyceryl stearate and fatty alcohols. Resense 165A can form stable emulsions in the presence of high levels of electrolyte and in combination with other emulsifiers of any ionic type. They will tolerate the addition of acidic actives and salts. In addition, emulsions made with them can be pH adjusted to between 4.5 and as high as 9.This product does not contain any animal based raw materials.

Formula Guidelines
As a primary emulsifier: 3 - 6%.
As an Auxiliary emulsifier: 1%.
Storage: Store in sealed containers and keep in cool, dry, ventilated and Lightless Place.
Prolonged storage at temperatures above 90°F (32°C) should be avoided.
